Bedrooms

The villa has 4 double bedroom suites (one with double bed which can be converted in two twin beds) with ensuite bathrooms. It also has an outdoor shower in each bathroom.

Indoors

Villa Tamalia offers spacious living spaces, tastefully decorated.
A luxurious kitchen well equipped with a lot of cooking equipments.
Outdoor and indoor dining rooms.
A spacious lounge and a bar. Staff will prepare your favorite cocktails.
A Sauna, a jacuzzi (not heated), a fitness room are at your disposal in the villa, with a nice area for massages and outdoor rainshower.

Outdoors

Two pools, which can be cooled or heated (on request). Beautiful terraces around with garden furniture to relax outdoors.
You will also find outside a romantic gazebo, pretty little waterfalls and a barbecue.

Location

Villa Tamalia was completely redesigned and rebuilt in 2014. It is located 6 km from the city of Tamarin and just 2 minutes from the Tamarina golf course. The beach is 5 minutes from the villa. Both, golf course as well the beach, can be visited by your own golf car.

Rental conditions

– Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
– Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
– Children welcome
– It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by MLR
– No safety fence around the pool
– Pets not allowed
– Pool has no swimming guard
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
– Language spoken by staff : English
– Check-in : 14:00 h – Check out : 11:00 h
– Amount of security deposit : Equivalent to 1 night
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

– Guarantee deposit charged by MLR upon reservation : 40 %
– 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to MLR.
– The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
– Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

– Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
– Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
– For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
– Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MLR.
– No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MLR
– Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
– Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR
